1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods - without giving any reason.
This 14-day cancellation right applies to all orders placed through this Site, whether you are based in the UK or the European Union.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error, in which case we will arrange and cover return postage.
We recommend using a tracked postage service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of return does not apply to:

- Goods made to your specific requirements;
- Goods that have deteriorated rapidly after delivery.
5. Refunds
We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of:
- Receiving the returned goods; or
- Receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back (e.g., a tracked delivery receipt), whichever is earlier.
The refund will include the full price of the goods. We will not refund original outbound delivery charges unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible. Where payment was made on delivery in cash, we will arrange a refund by bank transfer.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or are not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
