About Vantage Brook Nutrition
We are an independent wellness editorial team based in Manchester. We review, stock, and stand behind food supplements that carry transparent ingredient labels, honest EFSA-authorised claims, and no inflated promises.
Honest supplements. No exaggerated claims.
The food supplement market is noisy. Inflated promises, pseudoscientific language, and misleading before-and-after imagery are common. We set up Vantage Brook Nutrition because we believed there was room for a different kind of voice - one grounded in what regulators actually authorise, what scientists actually say, and what honest customers actually experience.
Every product we review and offer carries a full ingredient breakdown with %NRV values. Every nutrient function claim we publish is an EFSA-authorised claim - nothing more. We don't make disease claims, we don't cite unsourced statistics, and we don't use dark patterns to pressure anyone into buying.
Editorial, not advertorial.
Our content is written by a small in-house editorial team with backgrounds in nutrition communication and consumer health journalism. We read the primary EFSA opinions, cross-reference NHS guidance, and link to open-access peer-reviewed sources - so you can verify everything we say.
Where we stock and sell products (such as Slim Coffee Booster), we are transparent about this commercial relationship. Our editorial assessments remain independent of commercial considerations; we publish our scoring criteria openly on every product page.
Our Values
Four principles guide every piece of content and every product decision at Vantage Brook Nutrition.
Transparency
Full ingredient lists, %NRV values, and sourced claims - on every page and every label. No hidden ingredients, no vague proprietary blends.
Regulatory Compliance
We only publish nutrient function claims authorised by EFSA. All products are manufactured to EU food supplement standards. No disease claims, ever.
Respect for Consumers
No countdown timers, no artificial scarcity, no body-shaming, no emotional pressure tactics. We sell to people who want what we sell - not to people we've frightened into buying.
Evidence Basis
We link to the EFSA opinions, NHS guidance pages, and open-access studies that underpin our content. If something can't be sourced, we don't publish it as fact.
A note from our wellness editor
"Working in nutrition communication for the better part of a decade, I've watched the supplement industry evolve - some of it for better, much of it not. The claims have grown louder even as the evidence base hasn't kept pace. What I wanted to build at Vantage Brook was simple: a place where the label says exactly what's inside, the claims are backed by a regulator, and the reader is treated as an intelligent adult. Slim Coffee Booster was the first product we chose to stock precisely because it met those criteria. It's not magic - it's a food supplement with well-documented micronutrients in a convenient format. That's enough."
